I'm Kwaku Agyemang. I bring 8+ years across marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship, and I'm currently on the Google Global Video and Display team. I'm an alum of Spotify, Twitter, and Goldman Sachs. I co-founded BrownMill Company, a Newark luxury lifestyle brand built on Urban Upcycling that grew into a six figure business with a storefront, e-commerce, and a feature on The Kelly Clarkson Show. I'm also the Founder and CEO of KNW, a brand growth and consulting company, I own an Airbnb business in Ghana, and I've given keynotes at Columbia Business School and Rutgers Business School. Both of my parents are from Ghana, and I grew up watching them send money home every month. It was never optional. It paid school fees, covered emergencies, and kept our family in Ghana connected to the life my parents were building in America. That habit of building here while supporting there shaped how I think about success. Today I carry that same habit as a business owner. Running an Airbnb in Ghana means sending money back constantly for upkeep, staff, and operations, so moving money between the US and Ghana is part of my everyday life, not a once a year event. My content lives at the intersection of culture, business, and global living, and it speaks to a first generation audience carrying the same responsibility my parents did.
